2 diff. domains and 1 PPpro/vB3

Hi,

is that possible? I've two different domains on one server like:

123.com (path: home/public/vB3)

and

abc.com (path: home/public/pppro)

Could this be the problem for my missing login in pp? I've also read the very informative thread from Chuck: Cookies and Login Problems!!, but found no solution.

So, I don't know how to set the cookie domain.

Regards,
mari

cookies only work on one domain.

You can use vb on one domain and photopost on another but you will not want to use the enhanced interface to my knowledge and users will need to log into each application when they visit it.

Sad news. Thanks for your fast reply Chuck.

If that is not possible, could I use at least the look and style of vB3 for my PPro with described configuration above?

Solved: It is possible.

An addition:

Using a second/another style out of Vb3?

So I could get use of some specific style elements from vB3 into pp and it differs a little bit from vB3 main style.

If your not wanting to use the absolute vbulletin style you must use the photopost style system and create your own style and alter it accordingly. The vb3 integration means we are going to use the vb3 style classes.

Thanks Chuck.

Although it is not very easy to transfer the style from vB3 to PP manually. Without the header from vB3 in PP I would be very happy.

I don't know why at this moment, but without the original vB3 style I don't have any image-links at showphoto. Very strange. I did not expect any connection between these two different aspects.
