Show 4 Latest on PHPBB

I had this little script which would show the latest 4 photos in a little box on the front page of my phpbb forum. Just moved to a new server and upgraded PP to 6.2.1 and broke my script.
The script:

$pphold2 = $ppclose; $ppclose = $ppcloseside;
display_gallery("latest", "", "", 1, 4);

The error:

Did you change anything in your setup like Move Photopost outside of phpbb database.

I see no errors on that page also.

No. We just migrated the database over as it was. I just noticed you can't see the side bar with IE. I use FireFox and can see it.
