| Internal Server Error for only some users when processing images
Hi,
This one is a little bit of a tricky error but heres posting it here incase someone else has had this issue before.
When users upload single images through the upload feature, some are getting an internal server error once they click on the process image button. The irony of it all is that the image still uploads successful after they try to refresh the page. It seems all are getting this error when they are trying to load the 'uploadphoto.php' page. As mentioned in the title, this however seems to be appearing to some members and not all. When i try to perform the upload myself, everything goes through fine with no issues so im unable to replicate the fault myself.
Here's providing more info:
# Tell us what server operating system you are running. Windows? Flavor of Linux? What version is it? Service packs or other updates applied?
Linux. Sorry i cant locate the Linux version.
# Tell us what version of PHP and MySQL you are running.
PHP 5.2.8
MySQL version 5.
# Tell us whether the server in question is a dedicated host or if it is a shared host.
This is a shared host on Godaddy.com
# Tell us if the server is under your control or if you are leasing/renting/borrowing hosting space from someone else.
Borrowing hosting space through a paid account. Im the owner of the account.
# Give us a URL that links us straight to your PhotoPost installation. If it is a private installation that limits access to unregistered guests, give us a dummy account to use that actually has access to the photos.
Ive provided this information through the contact form on the site so as to avoid the test account being abused.

Hi Chuck,
Ive just changed the Image Integration to GD2 and tried using my test account to upload an individual image. The change was done through the Global Options menu.
Unfortunately im getting the same error message now that i reported earlier. Code: Content visible to verified customers only.
This error comes up when i click on the Process button. Is there other changes that i need to make?

Im also finding that i tend to get that same internal server error when i use only the first upload field.
When i use the second upload field, the image uploads successfully. |

Hi Chuck,
I was on ImageMagick before and the error was reported then.
Did you manage to use the Test User account which i provided? I found the issue occuring mainly for non admin users. The admin account worked fine for both GD2 and Image Magick.

Hi Chuck,
Ive resent the test username and password through the Contact Us link again as it might have gotten lost the last time.
Appreciate if you could try it again please.
Cheers
