| One more problem with conversion...
New comments are including HTML when displayed...an example:
<P>wonderful picture and clipping mask!</P>
Any ideas? The gallery is still closed, but I can send you an admin login if you need it.
Thanks!

They aren't putting in HTML...they're just typing in the WYSIWYG box and that's what it's showing after they post.

Um, no, she was already running Photopost, it was just a conversion from phpBB3 to vB that I've done...let me see what version it is...6.2.

Unless I somehow screwed that up when I was fixing the signatures, it should be the current file. Maybe I copied and pasted from that old thread to fix where I took it out...so is that the problem?

I changed that, though, and it didn't fix it...so I changed it back because I didn't want to interfere with anything you might be doing.

I am responding to a support thread on your forum thats not going to change anything on your site. The code should indeed be as I posted and I show this correct in our current download. It is possible you might need to upgrade to show things correctly as 6.2 did change from its initial release.

Well, I uploaded a new fresh copy of the showphoto.php file and that didn't fix it, but I went into the Edit Integration and turned "If using the Enhanced option above, do you want to enable the vB3 WYSIWYG control in Post Comments?" to yes...and it seems to be handling new comments right now, but the old ones are still showing the HTML...any way to clean that up?

Okay, I am telling you this FYI, I made that change and the new comments were right, but those that were already posted still showed the HTML. I noticed, though, that the comment box was very narrow and when you tried to edit a comment, the smilies broke out of the table and made it too wide...so I went and changed this:
Do you want to enable the vB3 Enhanced features which use vB3 controls in PhotoPost?
to off and now the comments all seem to be appearing fine...weird?

Did you try that. I cant say about old comments posted before your import stuff as they where probally posted in some other non vb format

They're all fine now...after I turned that one setting off, and it needs to be off, anyway, because of how it loads. My point was just that that setting isn't a very well-integrated option since it breaks the table of a fixed width layout (and it does in vB, too, but there's a mod to correct it there) and that setting is what was causing my comments to show the HTML...just an FYI, that's all .
