Lost photo edit icons on 6.2 upgrade

Hello,

We no longer with Admin rights can see the icons below the image that allow for print, edit, delete, etc. I can't remember the rest of them, because they are gone now. Usergroup access show Administrators "yes" acces to edit images.

How do we get these back?

The icons/links still appear if you have permissions.

If you integrated with vb there is a photo options drop down on the right corner of the photo page that has the dropdowns
