Upgrading from 6.02 to 6.2

I was looking through the support documents and all I see is one for NEW INSTALLATION, no guide for people upgrading. Or do I just treat it like a new installation?

Sorry for the stupid question, but VB has an upgrade guide and new install guide. Just want to make sure before proceeding.

The upgrade documentation is in the documentation folder of the download under upgrade.txt and changelog.txt files
