Upgrade Loop

I am trying to upgrade from 6.02 to 6.2, Went through the steps, and never could continue at the part where is says delete upgrade file......

so when I try to go to admin or gallery......it is in a loop and keeps reloading a section of the page....

What to do....

I repaired those tables with no errors.....but it did not help....

these are the errors I got during upgrade....

Preparing to update database...

Error performing MySQL command: INSERT INTO pp_settings VALUES (240,'Enable Flash uploader?','flashupload','Selects flash uploader if user is registered and flash is installed. As a 3rd party plug-in, this option is not supported by PhotoPost support.','no',29,6)
Error: Duplicate entry '240' for key 1

Error performing MySQL command: ALTER TABLE pp_users ADD paypal VARCHAR(75) NOT NULL DEFAULT ''
Error: Duplicate column name 'paypal'

Error performing MySQL command: INSERT INTO pp_admingroups VALUES (15, 'Payment Options');
Error: Duplicate entry '15' for key 1

Etc......

Can I just delete all the PP_, except for the Photos and do a fresh install....

Same here.

I get about 150 errors similar to :

Step 3: MySQL error reported: [INSERT INTO pp_categories (id,catname,description,catorder,thumbs,parent,children) VALUES (1,'Main','',2,'no',0,'2')]
Result: Duplicate entry '1' for key 1
Database: shazaam0_photopost

Step 3: MySQL error reported: [INSERT INTO pp_categories (id,catname,description,catorder,thumbs,parent,children) VALUES (2,'A Category','Photos of a particular subject',1,'yes',1,'')]
Result: Duplicate entry '2' for key 1
Database: shazaam0_photopost

Step 3: MySQL error reported: [INSERT INTO pp_categories (id,catname,description,catorder,thumbs,parent,children) VALUES (500,'Member Galleries','Individual user galleries - any photo category',1,'yes',0,'')]
Result: Duplicate entry '500' for key 1
Database: shazaam0_photopost

Step 3: MySQL error reported: [INSERT INTO pp_settings VALUES (1,'Title for your PhotoPost Application','galleryname','','My Photo Gallery',1,1)]
Result: Duplicate entry '1' for key 1
Database: shazaam0_photopost

I simply CAN NOT get photopost to work as intended.

That does not work either....I kept:
PP_categories
PP_settings
PP_users
PP_photos

and did a fresh install, and it still loops.....I dont think I can save the photos at this point

Right now your issue as I see it is something different on your reinstall you put the wrong path to the forum

vBulletin Installation/Integration Common Issues and Resolutions.

Number 2 on that FAQ should assist you and then lets see where we are at.

Wow, that is weird....now it is all working.....May it is some kind of Cache issue

Nope I would suspect missing upgrade. I ran through 5.0-6.2 for you again.

I suspect the issue was indeed the iponline table missing fields from the 5.61 upgrade.
