Directory move/missing files??? HELP!

For some server maintenance I had to move a website from one directory to another. I was able to change all the settings as explained here:
How to Move Servers and/or Change Directories

Everything seemed to go as planned. BUT, all my files are missing. It is saying there is 0 disk space used and 0 photos although I have a lot of photos in the data directory. I tried to do a DB rebuild with no luck.

Anyone have any ideas that can possibly help??

I would suspect before you corrected your paths you tried to rebuilding the missing thumbnails which would be missing since your paths where wrong since photos are not found the program deletes the entries in the database. Without the actual database entries you have no photos so you need to restore a backup of your photos table.
