Unhappy Major Issue after Server Move + Upgrade

I recently moved my Photopost installation to a new server, after which everything showed up besides all my images were empty and I couldnt log into the admin panel (I got a blank page). So I have never been able to get into the admin panel to change the paths within the photopost panel.

I did an upgrade from 5.61 to 6.2 (hoping it would let me update the internal paths) yesterday and everything went well but now when I bring up the index of photopost it seems to think every category is a primary, etc. Take a look at the URL below

Main Index - Boostaholic.org Gallery

Any idea what I can do to fix this? Id assume I need to get access to the database and update the tables with the correct settings, but dont know where to look. Thanks for you help!!

PS: I have read this thread, but never was able to complete steps 7 and 8 prior to my upgrade.

How to Move Servers and/or Change Directories

If you recently moved servers then you would need to follow this post. Lots of work to move to a new server. You might need to rerun through an install supplying all the new proper information for the new server. Your upgrade make sure you upgraded all your files and ran the upgrades from 5.62 to 6.2 ONCE.

Steps 7 and 8 can be done by reinstalling as noted above into the same database and table prefix it will simply update the settings.
