Can't download Photopost

I ordered Photopost on October 11th and never recieved any emails. I tried to use the Reset Password link incase my account existed anyway...it seems to say it will send me an email and never does.

Your license was issued on the 11th and the email sent. You can check spam filters and as well enter the email on file for the license on the link above to be emailed your details
