Exclamation Ordered A Copy of 6.2 No Email

Hi,
I ordered another copy of photopost pro 6.2 but no email was sent. The photopost site has been down since then (just could login lately) and i wasnt sent my user/pass.

Can someone please send me a copy of the email by receipt, and also give me my new username/pass for the client area.

Our photopost site has not been down at all that I am aware of I do support here everyday and the site works for me and all others whom have posted daily for assistance as you can see by all the daily threads.

Please email custserv at photopost dot com on any order status questions you may have. You may also want to check your spam filters on your email client just in case.

Hello,
yes I had trouble visiting the main site. Also I receive the other photopost emails and specials so I am not sure what has happened lately.

You could have had maybe an internet node down between you and us maybe thats possible but as noted any order questions must be noted to the email posted above. The support site would not be able to assist with order status.

Yeah like I show 2 photopost licenses owned by you for 2 different domains but thats as far as I can go with licenses as I do not do order processing I can just view what is owned so clearly the issue if your ordering a 3rd license is customer service has probally asked some questions on this order and not had a response yet so it has not been processed. Thats the only thing that would hold up an order. If it has not been 24 hours yet you also need to wait at least that
