Upgrade purchased, now what? :D Hi there, Not impatient or anything but I just purchased the upgrade for my Photopost Pro and I got the receipt but I was wondering when I would be contacted for server information so that the folks doing the upgrade can get in there and do what they need to do. I looked about but didn't see anything right off the bat so I figured I would just ask here. Appreciate it! - Nathan |
The customer service department should send you an upgrade contract which is what you fill out and return to get your upgrade actually done. It can take 24 hours to process the order |
