photopost gallery locked up

I installed photopost pro latest version onto my vbulletin forums 3.7.2

the installation went well except I believe theres a cookie problem that makes it so I cannot enter the gallery.

In the install it asked me if I wanted to use the external(forum) login or the internal(photopost) login.
I picked External for the forum.

I've tried this link Cookies and Login Problems
and I believe I understood it right but maybe not so here is what I did.

my cookie path in Vbulletin was already set to /

and I changed vbulletin cookie domain to .domain.com

and the cookie prefix is bb in vbulletin and photopost

If I missed something obvious

I do not see much with that login but one thing I do see if your forum and gallery are on two separate urls one being www.wwgym.com and the other wwgym.com

You want to set in both the gallery and vb cookie settings the cookie path as this / and the cookie domain as .wwgym.com and you should be fine.
