No Drop Down on Friends Photopost

I upgraded a friends photopost which is not integrated with any forums. Its a stand alone install.

After upgrading using my files I upgraded with I don't have the dropdown box which has the edit options when clciking on a picture.
Its still the old way with text and icons under the picture.
Why is this and where did I do wrong.

My suggestion is to download the current code and upload everything except the config files install.php and upgrade.php

This is the download from this site right not one of your backups?

Try editing the showphoto template and add the line in bold where noted

Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.

Added the code and still no drop down.

I downloaded the files from my account and used the ones except the config files to do the upgrade for my friend. Her account is still active.
I can use her account to download if you think that might make a difference.
I have done it this way before with no problems.

I didnt edit the showphoto that is in the vb3 template folder.

Still no dropdown. Only text under pictures showing.
Tryed the new code and it didnt work so put back new showphot template file. Very weird.

I found out this morning her licesion may have expired the first of OCT so waiting for her to renew her licesion tonite.
If a licesion has expired will her user and password number still give her access or does it need to be actavated for this to happen. I tryed what I thought was her name and pass but can not access her member area.

Let me and her get this in order and then we can try and solve her problem with no dropdown on her Photopost gallery.

I must have the same problem - what is this dropdown box and where should I see it? If you click on a picture all that happens is that you see the larger image (if there is one).

I don't have anything in the right hand side of the nav bar above the picture.
Left hand side has e.g. Home>>Personal Galleries>>Name - is that the nav bar you mean?

How odd. I've been uploading all the new files since the beta new uploader started and never seen anything like that. I didn't realise it should be there!

edit - I've just downloaded the latest build and uploaded showphoto.tmpl and showphoto.php - still no dropdown

I'ved done everything Chuck has suggested to do and still a no go for me.
It is working on my integrated vbb forum with photopost installed in its own seperate folder integrated into vbb the latest version.
Why its not working on a stand alone I don't understand.

I can give Chuck or mIcheal access to my friends files if that would help solve the problem.

UPDATE: My friend renewed her yearly subscription for upgrades this afternoon so we are now good to go.

I talked with Michael the new photo option thing in vb uses vb's javascript and is a vb only design not for standalone photopost.
