vb3 and PP .. Admin takes me back to PP home

When i login to the admincp for PP, it says Login Successful and then it takes me back to the PP Home

How do I get into the PP Admin CP??

Sorry, you don't have permission to upload photos.

Cookies and Login Problems!!

This should help with getting into admin panel and once you get in you can set the permissions in admin edit usergroups so you can upload.
