Can't connect to Database

I fill in the requested information asked of me through install.php and this is the error I keep getting.

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'u70586082'@'cgihost' (using password: YES) in /mnt/w0712/d16/s01/b02c73a9/www/lifelikemedia.ca/db/install.php on line 570
I cannot connect to the PhotoPost MySQL server. [host:$host][mysql_user:$mysql_user][mysql_password:$mysql_password]. Check your config-inc.php for the correct settings and rerun.

My photopost database and user database information are both the same since I created a new database to hold this information.

Any help or extra details needed of me would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Please ensure that the host database username and password are correct to access the database. If you created this database make sure in your cpanel that you have actually assigned this user to your database.

The error you give is very explicit we can not access the database with the information provided.

What is the difference between the photopost database user / password and user database name / password?

Sorry for the confusion, my cpanel was only allowing me to have a password of 8 characters or less. So I was entering a much larger password for security purposes.

Thank you once again, its funny how the hardest problems turn out to be the easiest sometimes.
