Log-out Error 404 page

I installed my gallery, but I can't seem to fix this problem of not being able to log out of it. I get a "Oops! This link appears broken.
HTTP 404 - File not found." only when I try to log-out from my gallery. When I log out from my forum, I'm OK. What in the world am I doing wrong? Here is my information:

Temporary User Account Login: test

Any assistance, I would really appreciate.

This is what I've had all along in my header replacements:

index.php

Should there be something different there?

I can't. I can't get in at all! after I added the login.php in the header replacements section, I am now NOT able to get in at all. It just tells me "thank you for loggin in" but it really does not let me in....What's going on? And how do I fix this now?

It has completely locked me out now. I have cleared my cookies from my browser too, just in case, and nothing...

Your login loop I think has nothing to do with the gallery

You where playing with cookie settings and placed the domain as this

.coolscrapsdigital.com/

whereas it should be this

.coolscrapsdigital.com

You will need to go to vbulletin.com and download their cookie clear script

Can you clarify you note above please? you said that I set the domain as blah, and should have been blah, but I see them to be the same. Is there a difference between them?
