Blank page to logged in user but visible to guest

I've checked settings and rechecked them - URLs and paths appear correct - I've even checked against a website that works (my site).

When viewing the page as a guest, all the pages show up (that are visible to guests). Thumbnails, categories, etc., are all dispayed. Once logged in, the only page that is visible, is the adm-index.php. The installation has had no problems but I suspect that the recent upgrade to 6.1 may have been the culprit. I did not do the upgrade, but I am going to request re-upgrading to see if this solves the issue. One thing I did notice, however, was something in the upgrade.php script (file still present); the latest entry is 5.2x to 5.3. Is this a sign that the upgrade (or possibly actual lack therof) caused the issue or is this intentional on the upgrade.php script?

I've searched this site over (and searched google) and where I've found responses I've tried them, so this is where I stand. I thought it might have been a cookie issue, so I compared it to the forums and ensured that they were identical in all respects.

Thanks in advance!

Since the site in question is not mine, can I PM the URL and a test login as others have done? I don't mind doing that for my own personal site, but this is for someone I'm working on.

well My suggestion is to have that person actually post for support so we can get the information we need to support that person.

If they tried to upgrade I would suggest they upgrade all the files except the config files and yes run the proper upgrade script from version they have all the way to 6.1

Is there a secure location that I can submit the URL and login information to (such as a support ticket) rather than out in the open for everyone to see? I do the code work and support for the website in question. Usually I file a support ticket but I did not see a location for that. The owner of the website is out of town (away) until the end of the month.

I stand corrected on this - it hasn't been upgraded. It is still 5.3

I have found out that the license has expired, so upgrading isn't an option at the moment. It is weird as this has been working just fine for a while (at least until the past couple weeks or so from what I've been told).

well if you have corrupt files there is nothing I can assist with unless you have an unaltered zip of the old code. I dont have old code all we have is the new code and you would need to renew access to gain access to that code.

One thing I've discovered after a few hours of investigation is that the only thing that makes any kind of difference (aside from deleting the cookie prefix haha) is disabling vb3 integration. When disabled, something shows up, but its only words/links on a white page. I've gone over each and every URL/path over and over to ensure that they were correct even testing the forums (removing the slashes "/," adding them where they were not present, and removing the forums from the path itself. This is weird as before (recently) there were no issues with this and the gallery worked normally. In fact, I had edited the footer a couple weeks ago due to an issue with the gallery and the private messages not linking correctly within the gallery. No settings had been changed until after seeing the blank white pages (according to the logs).

I think I am closer to resolving this issue.
