You would need to actually add a link in your vbulletin navbar template. If you go to vbulletin admin panel and click styles administration then styles and templates you see your default style listed there. There is a dropdown box you can highlight edit templates and hit GO. Once you get a list of your vb templates scan down to navigation templates and click that will expand the navigation templates find navbar and double click it to edit. You will need to place a link like so in there maybe under the FAQ LINK like so.
