Error with Upgrade Script

[Underlab]

I uploaded the files to upgrade to PP 6.1 however i cant get to the upgrade script -

This is my error:

Fatal error: main() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'config-inc.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php-4.4.7/lib/php') in /hermes/web05/b1386/pow.underlab/htdocs/photopost/upgrades/upgrade.php on line 15



I originally had this set-up on a different director, and moved the site to another. I recently also upgraded to VB 3.7

Please help me. I just renewed and would like to enjoy your great product.
