Upgrade issues from 5.62 to 6.1

PhotoPost Pro integrated with vbulletin using separate db's

During the upgrade steps, PhotoPost reported a mysql error...

Quote:
Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/mydomain/public_html/gallery/upgrade.php on line 2765
this was at this point...
Code:
Content visible to verified customers only.
Under the message the instructions then instructed me to remove upgrade.php before continuing. I am not 100% sure but I don't believe all the steps had been run (I think it did not go through 6.0.1-6.0.2) and the gallery is currently not functioning properly.

The categories on the index page all appear as though they are collapsed despite them not being (the arrow is there to expand/collapse) but it has no effect.

The index layout is completely broken, all the category headers are now mixed up with private members galleries, despite having it set to not showing those.

The categories themselves are not listed in the search options, again this points to a upgrade issue.

Currently I have the gallery closed, if you need access to fault fine please let me know and I will create you a login.

I have just re-run the upgrade script and it seems to have completed this time. I am checking though the settings now but it appears to be working fine now.

It always helps to post a site link but my initial suggestion here is go to admin global options turn off your category cache and see if this helps your issue.
