Need To Upgrade? Any Issues to Worry About? Hello all, it's been awhile but i currently am running PhotoPost 5.62 and was thinking of upgrading. I run it with vbulletin 3.7. just wondering if there is any issues i need to worry about regarding upgrading (ie if pictures now use a different path, or naming structure and etc). Thanks! |
No you should be fine just upload the 6.02 files except your configs and run upgrade.php and select the proper upgrades File structure only changed between 4.86-5.0 |
Thanks Chuck! I'm gonna go renew now! oh btw...i am using photopost to show my thumbnails on my vbulletin forum and i've been doing that by including these 2 lines of code on my vb pages Code: Content visible to verified customers only.problem is that when i upgrade vbulletin, i gotta go through all the files again and add the 2 lines. there's no simply way is there? maybe add it to a global file instead? Thanks! |
