can't access adminpanel.

another problem after reinstall PP.
i dont have access to admin area :

You are not a valid administrator or moderator!

i've been searching here and YES , cookie path , prefix and domain in PP and forum looks right.

dunno what to do

Check in your database and see if your pp usergroups table has any inserts in there and the admin usergroup has cpaccess set to 1

You would need to post a url and test user login here for further assistance.

Make sure mysql is not set to strict mode and then you can hit resync usergroups in edit usergroups in admin.
