After upgrade to 6.02 - I get these errors when entering any newly created cats.

Warning: main(/PHOTOPOST/templates/vb3enhanced/1.tmpl) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /PHOTOPOST/showgallery.php on line 167

Ok I found it. When creating new cats the "Custom frames for category*: " is defaulting to the number "1". Which is wierd because it isn't even an option. . . then I select "Use Admin Default", save the cat. Then go back into edit it, and it is back to a blank selection but the cats now do not have that error.
I will pass it on to the developer and he will see. You can post your php and mysql versions here to assist in trying to replicate i would suspect a mysql version bug personally.
