| vbulletin integrated upgrade.. question about version So I upgraded my vbulletin to 3.7, and was getting ready to upgrade to the newest version of photopost, but I didn't check my photopost version before I upgraded. Is there another way to tell what version you have? like by looking at a file in the photopost directory or something? |

| well not without looking in the database settings table and seeing nope. You can take a general look if your images have thumbnails in thumbs directories your running a 5 version forward and in that case its safe to run the 5 upgrades forward. You never want to run 4.85 upgrade twice thats it |

| If you go to your hosting control panel you should have a link to phpmyadmin where you can administer your database just view the database and view the pp_settings table and scroll down to setting 84 and see what version is typed in there for the setting
What I am saying about thumbs is if you view your gallery thumbnails and you have an address like this http://www.domain.com/gallery/data/500/thumbs/image.JPG
then you can run 5.0 forward once as you have at least a 5.0 version forward. Note there are thumbs directories under each data directory. |

| Great, that worked! but now I've got another issue, it appears that everything is working, but all the thumbnails say "no thumbnail" do I need to rebuild them or something? you can see it here. http://www.okgmp.com/photopost/ |

| This does not appear to be a program issue. http://www.OKGMP.com/photopost/data/...s/P1010706.JPG
Your thumbnails exist!! Try removing any htaccess files you setup and see if things view as it appears your blocking the thumbs from being shown on the server like so. |

| Okay I think I know what it is. I also changed servers when I upgraded so the path changed. So I had to change the global options.
Thanks for the help, now to integrate it back into my vbulletin.

| well what are the permissions on your thumbs directories? See if I right click the missing thumb noimage gif and look at the file path for the thumb it comes up fine in a browser as posted above.
You can pm me server access and admin login if you wish and I will see if I see anything |

Thanks again for the help, you sure are answerin' a lot of questions.. are you a one man show? |
