Permissions for files...

What should the "stylesheets" folder be set to? Including all files within?

A list of all file permissions would be nice, where can I find one? I checked the installation instructions - I guess I am looking for more detail.

the install instructions have all the permissions set out there and state what the directories and files should be permission wise. the css and tmpl files under templates and stylesheets directories should be 666 just like our two config files. the directories as noted are 755 except for data and uploads which are 777
