| Upgraded to 6.01, now got unrecoverable error message
Hi,
I've just upgraded my PP to 6.01, ran the upgrade scripts ok.
Go to the home page: http://www.fordmondeo.org/gallery/index.php
and it now says to me:
We're sorry, but the system experienced an unrecoverable error. Please try again later.
Any ideas?

Merry Christmas there is a name I have not seen around here in awhile hope everything has been treating you well.
I would suspect that you have not ran all your respective upgrades you needed. You can login as admin and in Admin => Global Options turn debug option to DISPLAY ERRORS then view your index and tell me the true error.

Hi Chuck,
Best wishes to you and your family as well.
I cannot access the admin section due to this error. What file would this option be in so I can manually set it? I've looked in the only two I can think of, config-inc and config-int, but it wasn't apparant.
The only thing that I can think of that might be causing an issue is my config-inc file, which is still at:
// PhotoPost Pro Version Number
$VERSION = "5.21";
I don't know at what stage in the upgrade process this should get updated?

The version is in the database as well as the debug setting.
Anyway the debug option is in the database under the pp_settings table. You can alter it there. You might want to in your database viewer as well repair all tables incase something is corrupt but I would suspect once you set debug option to 2 and your logged in as admin you will see the true error.

I checked the setting in the pp_settings table, and debug was already set to 2.
I have checked the tables, and performed some repairs as some errors came up.
I still cannot login as admin and/or view the error messages though.

Feel free to upload upgrade.php and rerun through the 5.2 to 6.0 upgrades. You can email us at support@photopost with admin login and ftp if there continues to be an issue but the issue remains your missing an upgrade more than likely as your failing to pull the info from the database which means its missing a vital field.
