Strange Upload Error after Migrating Photopost to New Server Recently migrated our entire site to a new server. Everything is working fine including vBulletin, Classifieds and ReviewPost however with Photopost Pro 5.62, we have been unable to get the "Upload Photo" feature to work. When trying to upload a photo we get the following error displayed: Quote:
Photopost Upload Problem. - The thumbnails do get generated. When you upload a file you get the bulkupload.php and it shows you the thumbnail of the picture you just uploaded and it is 100x100. - While on the bulkupload.php page where it shows you the thumbnail and you have the option to checkmark which images you want to upload, you can go to the photopost/data/500/thumbs directory and see that the thumbnail file is there, and it has already been run through mogrify and was resized down to 100x100. - After the thumbnail is generated and before you press the 'Process' button, something in photopost deletes it and then tries to generate another thumbnail. - Its basically trying to run mogrify on it twice but deletes it in the middle. This one has us completely stumped. Anyone with any suggestions or ideas on what could be causing this problem? Regards, Scott Halliday |
You would have to email support@photopost.com with full url admin login and ftp info. As long as permissions are 777 on data and uploads recursively safe mode is off and the proper paths are in both global options and storage options in admin you should work fine. |
Thank you Chuck. That seemed to do the trick. Uploads working once again! |
Not a problem Scott saw you posted in the HOW DO I thread on moving servers so figured you would figure it out. ;) Have a great weekend buddy. |
