install.php

I've uploaded all files and made all the needed directories cmod777 and so on, but when I browse to mydomain/photopost/install.php nothing happens.

Any idea why?

I have now thanks, it doesn't say to do that in the installation guide (at least i don't think it did, might have missed it).

well everything worked fine, I have access to the photopost admincp but now the forum itself is broken, all I get is a database error along the lines of:

mysql_connect() [<a href='function.mysql-connect'>function.mysql-connect</a>]: Access denied for user 'forumadmin'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
/var/www/vhosts/banyuhattenaikido.co.uk/httpdocs/forum/includes/class_core.php on line 274

Any idea why?

Photopost is not gonna mess with your forum in any way. Have you altered your forum config in anyway? Basically that error tells me the mysql information you have in your vb config file is incorrect to access the forum database. Did you change your mysql password?

Yeah I just fixed it, I forgot what the password I used for the original setup of vbulletin was and had to edit the config file. Thanks, feeling a bit dumb at the moment really...
