Search Box "Go" Image and Windows Permissions

I have Photopost installed and running however there are 2 issues

1) Image for "Go" button beside the searchbox does not show. When I look at the source it has removed the / between before the images directory. For example it is showing mydomain/galleryimages when I think it should be showing mydomain/gallery/images. Any idea why?

2) I am working with a windows server. I cannot change permissions through #'s... ie 755 or 777.. For now I have set all files to Read, Write, Execute... I am uncomfortable with this.

Is the windows equivalent of 755 .. Read/Execute? while the windows equivalent of 777 is Read/write/execute?

What is the windows equivalent of 644 then?

I fixed issue #1 which just leaves my question regarding permissions

777 means read write execute and 666 means read write. Those are really all the permissions you need to set in windows. Your uploads and data directories need to be read write execute and your config files template files and stylesheets need to be read write.

Other than that you dont need to worry about 755 and 644 those are standard permissions so no need to set anything there.
