How do you upgrade?

I want to go from vBadvanced Gallery v1.0.1 (vB 3.5) to Photopost 5.62

How do I go about with the upgrade?

That would not be an upgrade. You would need to install Photopost Pro and then use the import script here to import your vbgallery then after that you can remove vbgallery.
