Upgrade Instructions?

Dumb Question: When I open the new config-inc.php file in notepad, it is all jumbled together with no formatting. Is there a better program to use to open it so it is easier to read? I've not had problems opening the Vb config-inc.php file in notepad in the past.

Never mind...I guess notepad sucks. I opened it with wordpad and it's readable.
