Dear all, i know the problem was discuss several times, but i have ceke all my CHMOD and i can't explain it.

i can upload only pics in the first category, if i want to upload pics in the second or sub-categories i receive :

(): Sorry, this image type is not supported yet.

.... please help

Hello it sounds to me like all the directories under data at every level are 777 permissions.

That error from what I see can only be wrong permissions or possibly maybe your uploading a file that your GD2 does not support although I permissions is the more widely seen issue here.

Please check every directory including data all the way down like so

data
-- 2
-- thumbs
-- medium
-- mini

Hi Chuck,

i am not at home now, but i think all the data directories have 777 permissions, what should be the right one ?

I am not sure what your asking here by what should be the right one?

Every last directory under data should be set to 777.

You can also send a url and admin login as well as ftp to support@photopost.com for us to look at it

ok , i still have the problem with the language,
but the bigger problem is that i can't upload photos on subcategories.

it is really hard

I have linked a thread I suggest you read if your moving servers etc.

You might want to view this link and make sure all directories at every level are set to the permissions you have listed there.

You can then try running through your install.php file to update all the settings to the new server and run through install it will update all your paths etc.

i have tried again, check the paths and permission - nothing,
i have still the same problem.
