Can you please post a url? The login would be a link on the photopost navbar when viewing the index of the program.

Your limited by your server's PHP install to the max filesize listed under Admin PHPINFO. Most servers this is 2mb and you can not change this unless you have root control over your server to alter your php settings. You can ask your host to up that so you can do uploads larger than that otherwise you would need to limit filesizes to match your server.

Does not matter who installed the script here as the problem is still the same no matter who installed it. The script was installed and uploads work if you upload files under your max php filesize and you confirm you can upload files under 2mb in your last post so did you understand what I wrote in post 4. You are not allowed to upload files larger than 2mb if this is what your php filesize limit is set to. Any PHP program you install on your server is gonna be limited by the PHP settings on the server. Let me know if you have understood what I am writing. If you wish to upload larger files you must contact your webhost to see if they will alter your php settings on the server to allow larger uploads. They may or may not do this for you but it will not hurt you to ask them.
