I can't get access and i've requested my details via e-mail on the online form several times and sent a support ticket some hours ago.

Sorted, my other account wasn't showing but support sorted that. I've also renewed my PP licence a while ago and e-mailed support, can't wait to upgrade. It's looking better.

10am GMT is is 4am where they process orders. Any order questions can be handled by emailing sales@photopost.com.
