Upgrade Problem, 5.62 - 6.0

Hi chuck,

I have a problem... the categories are not showing anymore after i upgrade... why? i already run the upgrade.php

then another problem... when I update my profile then i want to upload a avatar... theres an error...

Unable to move file [/tmp/phpV4XOuH] [/photopost/data/avatars/img-1114310192.jpg]

huhuhu.. theres no problem in uploading a photo or picture...

pls help me chuck.. thanks

IN admin global options try turning off your cat cache but posting a link here is better

Now you need to make sure if you upgraded you uploaded the avatars directory under data and chmod it to 777. It appears you have not done so.

Im tired of my photopost.. I search the forum to help me but those answers is not the right answer of my problem.. i play with the cache. because that is a big problem...

yeah i got it chuck...

pls chek your mail

additional problem:

usergroups is not functioning well...

- registered users or guest cannot view images even the admin settings is settings is ok...

- avatars not showing

- no comment box

I already sent my database password.

your using some weird htaccess on your site if I try to view a photo it is asking for a password remove this and see where your at.

Before you do anything else you need to clear that category cache entry in the database like I instructed.

I would also suggest you redlownload the build and upload everything except the config files. make sure you have all the right files uploaded.

Sorry Chuck.. I dont know how to clear the category cache in the database...

How to do that?

I already double check the file.. i did that already.. but nothings happen...

In Admin => Global Options turn off the category cache. You did run your upgrades correct?

Be sure, you have uploaded all the files.. except the config.. try to look the forum folder.
