Highest Rated images not working

PhotoPost professional installation completed for upgrading asiandesktop.com from v5.62 to v6.0... but I have the following problem...

Can you let me know how to fix the Highest Rated section on my photo gallery main page? Before the upgrade, it showed the top 20 highest rated images with the highest score at the top and gradually lower scores going down the list. Now the list shows only 4 titles and the does not order by ranking (highest to lowest). Please advise. Thanks.

Sorry, I don't know what this coding stuff means and I don't even know what your are referring to with "Try making this change lines 5003 to 5013 this" and "remember to turn off the cat cache when testing".

I paid the professional installation upgrade price hoping that things would be installed by you without any problems. I feel that photopost should correct this problem as I did not do the upgrade myself. It seems to have been a problem generated by the installation of v6.0 because it was working fine before that. I did not add, modify or delete any code in any files for photopost. This "Highest Rated" picture list is part of the photopost program to begin with and not something I did. It should be working correctly as part of the upgrade installation.

Please see attached file. As you see there are only 4 names there when it should be 20 (this is what I set it to in the photopost sidebar options), and the rankings are not ordered from highest to lowest in descending order. Before I upgraded, this thing was working fine and I thought it was really great. Hope you can fix it.

Please advise. Thank you.

Installations and upgrades are services. Support is something else. Software can have issues and I am trying to provide you with support which provides you with a fix to try yourself. Now if you paid for an install service within the past couple weeks and I still have your info and you tell me who you are and when it was done I may be able to assist you.
