GD installed, but related error

I recently started getting this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function ImageCreateFromJpeg() in /home/xxxxx/public_html/photopost/image-inc.php on line 102

However, I googled and see references that GD2 isn't installed, but on my server it is indeed installed. I have upgraded PHP and VB 3.6.8 since my original installs. Is there anything else I can try or look into?

That tells me your gd2 has not properly been installed with your PHP. If it is installed correctly you should see your GD2 info in PHPINFO under admin.

Here's what I see in VB admin under PHPinfo:

I've also recently begun getting the same exact error using GD2. Everything is installed properly as well.
