Single Photo Upload Does Not Work but Bulk Does

For some reason I cannot upload a single image but can bulk upload them. When I do a single image, it says it is successful but no image appears. I have triple checked everything I know and checked permissions. Any suggestions? (using v6)

Is this file over you server's max allowed file upload size in phpinfo IN ADMIN?

Is file uploads off on the server in PHPINFO?

Is safe mode on the server in PHPINFO?

These are the top issues I would beleive based on your short response above that must be checked out.
