One member can´t upload???

I have one member that can´t upload.

Every time he tries he get the messages:

"You have exceeded your upload limit of 3 images per day."

First of all the upload limit on the site are not 3 but 2 per day???

Second he got this message for two days now?

In the5.62 you first get this message when you have choosed a image and try to upload it.
Now he get this message already when he click on the"upload" button in the Top menu???

I have checked if he had some pictures waiting on the server but he has not.

Please help quickly because we have a contest nearly running out.
What can I do?

When he tries to upload see how many files are in his queue. If there are more files then his upload limit he is going to fail on uploading.

You mean in the upload lib. on the server?

If yes, I had done that as I wrote before, but this is emty???

Or where can I see his queue?
