Categories reset after 6.0 upgrade

I ran the upgrade, from 5.3, and everything seemed to go just fine. When I go into the categories, they are reset as if it was a new install. Any ideas on what happened?

Nevermind, I looked in my browser history and ran the install vice the upgrade.
