correct path to mogrify not working

I think something went wrong when I upgraded.

Anyway, here was my old path to Mogrify: /usr/bin/X11/mogrify
I asked my host if the latest version of Imagemagic was installed on my server, and they said it was.
I asked what the correct path to Mogrify was, and they said it was: /usr/local/bin/mogrify so that is what I changed it to in the config

But I am still getting this error

I am fairly sure it has something to do with the path to mogrify, but I have tried both URLs and neither are working.

Any ideas?

Error 127 means that mogrify does not exist where your telling the program it exists or your host has incorrectly installed mogrify so that no one has permission to use it.

My host just rebuilt my PHP installation, and they fixed it up.
