I was do change in admin control panel and after it the message error was appear ,

I can't relogin to the admin control panel ,

Looks to me like you changed your forum settings maybe database table prefix.

I would suggest you upload install.php and rerun through install as thats easiest. Do not worry about duplicate mysql errors your running through install to fix the settings you changed to create your problem.
