Can we create a Public Album?
 

Is it possible to create a Public Album? I would like to create multiple albums for each event our group has. I would like for multiple people to be able to upload photos into this album.

You as Admin can create categories in Admin => Edit Categories

You or your users can create albums if under the Admin settings you enable personal albums and under edit usergroups you set that users can create albums when viewing the index you will see a MY ALBUMS link in the menubar and when you click that you will be allowed to create albums and if allowed assign them to categories.
