What happens with all the work I had made on my site if I upgrade from 5.62 to 6.0?

I had made my own translations to Danish

I have made a lot of Cosmetic things.

What will happend with theese things?

Your custom language you will need to add new language strings to but prior work would not change. Any other changes or hacks you do when you upgrade software would be undone.
