Upgrading With A vBullletin 3 Integration

Just reading the forums before upgrading to the new version...

Is it safe to say that all I need to do with a vBulletin 3 integration is upload all files except config-inc.php.NEW and config-int.php.NEW and run the upgrade script, or do I need to alter those files and upload them too?

Yes that is correct just upload files except the configs or install and run the upgrade.
