I cant get the product to install

Hi all,

Probably me being stupid here but I can't get the install script to run.

I have uploaded all the files after unzipping to it's own directory at www.xxxxxx.com/photop

Now when I come to try and run www.xxxxxx.com/photop/install.php all that happens is a blank page which says done in the bottom left corner.

Been through and checked the permissions, in fact I even went back and set them to 777 in the hope that might fix it.

So what did I do wrong ?

All help will be very gratefully received.

Cheers
Phill

Remove the .NEW extention off both your config files in the photopost directory.

No Phill it is not you there are stupid.

It is the very bad or missing information on this upgrade.

You canīt read anywhere that you have to :

I have been working with computers for 25 years and I had never ever got so bad information on any upgrade.

You must nearly be a programmer to use this program.

Not even the new things in the update has an explanation. The only things you can find it that they are there and so it is up to you to figure out how to get it to work. Thats very bad.
