Problem with Edit Profile

I searched the forum to see if this has been addressed already but couldn't find any reference to it.

I just installed PhotoPost Pro 5.62 on my server and using it along with vBulletin 3.5. When I click on the Edit Profile link it returns with a box that just has a Save Changes button with no other input boxes. Is there something in the admin area that I need to enable to allow users to update their profile information?
