No thumb nails/ FULL Path ??

I switched from my Home Apache server to a Godaddy Linux sever.

None of my thumbnails are showing up, but if you click on any of the images it will display.

When I go to my admin screen, a 4 - 5 lines of errors of directory and paths not being found. At home it was easy c:\...... would lead to my path. I haven't a clue to what is the FULL path to my data folder for the images.

Some PHP script I found that did it, didn't work.

Does anyone know what the basic form is for FULL path on a linux godaddy server ???

/home/u/s/r/username/html/photopost531/data ??????????????

Didn't work ?

You can see your true server path in phpinfo in admin.

You need to update your server paths in the config files as well as global and storage options in admin

As always right on the money.

I am going to continue to look, but which admin file do I change. Doing the changes you mentioned in the global option in admin corrected the thumbnails. But going to admin section gives me a couple of lines of errors about wrong directory with c:\..... (obviously this is wrong.) I can't find where this was placed. Line 588 in adm-inc.php and several others is coming up. but it references a $dir

I looked everywhere no idea where it is - sorry

comes up with opendir(c:/....) failed to open...

It definately was to path to my old database, but I checked every field in the Admin->All options and nothing points to it.

I thought I went thru all the Adm and Config php files in root photopost and didn't find it.

There isn't anything anywhere in the admin -> global fields that has anything to do with C:\ anymore. Could it be a setting in MYSQL database that is not being updated with the new one? Since I imported most of the tables into the new installation of Photopost ?
