Is it all gone?

I moved my site to a new dedicated server. All the thumbnails were gone so I went into the admin area and checked all the database options and hit the submti button.

No it shows I have no images.

I do have a back sql file of the entire database before I did this.

Can someone help me get the images back or worst case scenario let me know what tables I have to restore.

Thanks!!
